Craig MacEwen
Director, Communications
As Director of Communications, Craig is responsible for media engagement, planning and profile for the Vancouver Canucks and Canucks Sports and Entertainment. A veteran of 25 plus years in the sports broadcasting and communications industry, “Cmac” has worked as a network TV journalist, play by play broadcaster, host, Pacific Bureau Chief for Sportsnet and Director of Content and Communications for an all-sports radio station Sportsnet 650. His varied career has featured a number of high-profile assignments including: 4 Olympic Games, numerous Stanley Cup Finals and Playoffs, 2 Super Bowls, a World Series and the Masters, US Open and PGA Championship golf tournaments.
Born and raised in British Columbia, Craig is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and lives in Langley with his wife and two children.
Victoria Ullrich
Manager, Communications
Victoria Ullrich enters her 10th season with the Vancouver Canucks and fourth as Manager, Communications. She supports all media related activities for the team and business and is responsible for developing media plans and providing interview access. A sports fanatic, Victoria previously worked for Vancouver Whitecaps FC where her focus was on player relations, community initiatives and event planning.
A native of White Rock, BC, Victoria obtained a B.A. with a major in Communication and a minor in Print & Digital Publishing from Simon Fraser University.
Carl Chunta
Communications Specialist
Joining the Vancouver Canucks and Canucks Sports & Entertainment as an intern in 2022, Carl Chunta is entering his second season as a Communications Specialist. Carl is responsible for supporting the development of media activities, plans, and strategies for the Canucks, Vancouver Warriors, and CSE.
Originally from Calgary, AB, Carl graduated from Brock University with a major in Sport Management and Minor in Canadian History.
